At BOHO Leni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you are eligible to return it for store credit, provided the following requirements are met;
-Item has been shipped within 14 days of being delivered.
-A copy of the original receipt of purchase is provided.
-Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
*Please take care while trying items on, not to transfer make-up, tanners or body lotions that leave marks. We will thoroughly inspect all items, and any items not following the above requirements will be sent back to the client at the clients expense.
We make every effort to inspect the quality of our products before we ship them out. We apologize for the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been deemed faulty and will make every effort to properly and efficiently find a resolve. Contact us for further instructions. We will review your request, and let you know if it has been approved for refund. Upon approval, we will be happy to exchange (pending availability), give store credit, or fully refund the item.
We can only accept items that have been shipped within 14 days of being delivered, and recommend inspecting items as soon as they arrive to give enough time to meet this requirement.
We can only process requests for exchanges when items are deemed faulty by BOHO Leni. Should you need an item in a different size or colour, please follow our return policy and re-order in the correct size/colour using store credit.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Please consider all items sold on promotion, or sold using a discount code are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty by BOHO Leni and shipped within 14 days from the date items were delivered.
Please note gift cards are not eligible for refund.
As we can only attend to items received, we highly recommend shipping with a method that is traceable, and to keep a copy of the shipping transaction for your records. Tax, duty and shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer unless item deemed faulty by BOHO Leni.
